These services will allow for your own personnel to enter our facility with their own badges and biometric scan profiles.  Your personnel will only have access to your own locked rack or locked cage.  Access to your equipment is available 24/7/365 at no additional charge and requires no escort for your authorized personnel.  You will have access to the First Touch Response phone number if you are having trouble with your service.  FTR can provide many hands-on tasks for you, and even reboot your equipment, typically within 5 to 10 minutes of your call.

Rack space co-location starting at 1U

Short of leasing your own rack with a massive amount of costly bandwidth to handle your needs, housing your equipment with us, in our facility could be the best move that you make.  We already house our own servers and other co-location servers in a hosting facility that is second to none.  Click on "our facility" in the left menu to read more about this astonishing facility.

We provide a secure location for your server.  No other Prolynx customer will have access to your server.  Physical access to your equipment will require passing through multiple levels of security measures.  Only authorized Prolynx personnel and facility personnel will have access to your server, and only when necessary.  The location of our facility will only be divulged to customers that enter into a co-location contract with us and only at such time that they require escorted physical access to their equipment.

Multiple crash-carts with monitor, keyboard and mouse are available at the facility for your use.

Detailed pricing to co-locate your equipment depends entirely on your needs and on your equipment.  We configure your costs by calculating:

We can have your equipment up and running within 24 hours of final contract signing.  You can either ship your fully configured equipment to us, or we can pick up your equipment locally in the Denver area.  We will carefully install your rack-mountable equipment in one or our secure racks.

Due to the high security at our facility, any work that you do on your equipment should be done remotely.  Hands-on work on your equipment , by your personal requires an appointment and an hourly fee for escort.  You will be provided with an after-hours pager for our technical support department.  Our on-site, 24/7/365 monitoring personnel can power-cycle your system in case your equipment locks-up.
