Web sites are not setup automatically when you sign-up with us or when your register or move a domain to us.

In order for us to setup web space or ftp space, you must contact us.  Please use the form at the bottom of this page for this purpose.  Subsequent correspondence will be done via the email address that you provide below (as long as it matches the email address on your account or we verify who you are) or via telephone.  Only people specified by the account holder will be granted administration rights for the server space.

We do not offer free technical support for html, asp, php, cgi, cfm or other coding issues.  We do offer fee-based technical support for $120 per hour, billed in 10-minute increments.  Otherwise, it is up to you to create the site that you wish to publish to the web.  We will simply host whatever information that you wish to publish.  If your site does not work, please check your code. 

Your site entry page must be titled either:

    index.htm (not html)
    default.htm
    default.asp

...unless you specify otherwise in writing.

We offer database links for Access, Microsoft SQL and MySQL.  We will create the link for you, but making it work with your code is up to you.  If you cannot get it to work, we do offer fee-based technical support for $120 per hour, billed in 10-minute increments. 

Things to know first

We will need to know how you will publish your site to our servers.  You have two options.  You can publish via Microsoft FrontPage or you may publish using ftp.  If you are not creating your site using Microsoft FrontPage then you will be using ftp.

You will be required to provide us with a user name and a password in order for you to publish.  Once setup, we cannot retrieve your password in case you lose it, as it is encrypted on our network.  We only communicate web information via email so we can track changes when possible.  If you request a password change, or you request that we research our old email files to recover a password (no guarantees on finding it) there is a $25 fee to do so.
