IT companies need fast access to their customers network.  In the past this has typically been accomplished via T1 or a form of DSL service, both of which are not very fast considering what needs to be done.  With an Optical Ethernet connection at the IT center location and an Optical Ethernet connection at the customer site, you can work at speeds as if you had both networks in the same room connected via a simple Ethernet switch.

You can install a single Optical Ethernet connection at your NOC and we can link you to every one of your customers via your own private VLAN.  You will be able to connect to every one of your customers, yet they will not be able to see each other.  You may alternately choose for certain customers to see other certain customers.  We can also provide Internet access across this link to any or all of your customers. 

Every customer will be required to also have an Optical Ethernet connection.  You may choose a different speed for each connection, giving yourself a high connection speed since you will need to connect to multiple sites.

Imagine offering you own off-site backup for your customers.  Simply install a high speed connection to our Optical Network and provide backup using your own storage devices at your location.  You may alternately use our collocation services to house your backup devices for added security and reliability.  Your storage device at our location will look like its on your own network.

We provide discounts for your Optical Ethernet link when purchasing Internet access or collocation space at our data center.  Discounts are up to 50% for your port at our data center and up to 10% per port at your locations with a maximum of $500.00.  Basically, for every 1 Rack unit of collocation space and for every 1Mbps of Internet Access (in any combination), we reduce your port at our date center by 5% (up to 50%) and we reduce you port cost at your locations by 1% (up to 10%.)

A basic Ethernet switch capable of VLAN tagging is required at all of your links locations.
